With the busy lives we live, house chores tend to be the last tasks on our lists, which doesn’t sit well with us obsessive compulsive cleaners. However, technology has saved the day yet again, with a cleaning robot small enough to be your pet! The fun part: All of this labour is done with just a push of a button!
The iRobot Roomba will efficiently clean, using systematic patterns to leave your floors spotless in several rooms. It seamlessly and efficiently navigates an entire level of your home and keep track of its location. This way, the Roomba is able to avoid obstacles by cleaning around them and can also detect stairs and other dangerous drop-offs. The disc-shaped vacuum has a low-profile design which enables it to get into tight spaces like below cabinets and circulate around your furniture.
The smart gadget easily adapts to its surroundings and adjusts itself to clean carpets, tile, hardwood and laminate floors as it moves through your home. It automatically increases power on carpets and rugs, capturing 99% of allergens, pollen and particles as small as 10 microns, which means Good-bye Hay fever!
It also handles hair with ease with its brushless extractors preventing tangles of hair and other debris. Wall edges and corners are thoroughly swept by the spinning brush, pushing the dirt into Roomba’s path to clean up. Is this not better than your typical brush and pan already?!
All of these tasks are performed through the convenient iRobot HOME App, where one can schedule when the Roomba should clean and where. With the option to customise cleaning preferences, one can also check the status of cleaning jobs through the App. The little cleaner will automatically start cleaning at the designated time given, and automatically recharge till the job is done.
The iRobot Roomba comes in handy on days when you just can’t seem to get everything done and can be managed from anywhere at any time. This will soon be a favourite, along with various other cleaning robots which have just entered the market. What a time to be alive!
