Nomthandazo is a 31 year old entrepreneur from Bekkersdal, who owns a company named Bolepijo Construction & Project. Bolepijo Construction & Project focuses on Electrical services. Nomthandazo established the company in 2012 and currently employs no full time staff and 4 contractors. The enterprise has had clients such as Magothamishe Civils and the Westonaria Municipality.
Nomthandazo started her entrepreneurship journey by offering party decorating services for kids, while her husband, who is a qualified electrician, would do small jobs while looking for a decent job. Nomthandazo and her husband started their business to secure more decent jobs as well as to leave a legacy fortheir children by creating sufficient wealth for themselves and their offspring. Nomthandazo is now on of the entrepreneurs in the Construction Input Incubator, learning essential skills to futher her career in the construction manufacturing industry andto expand her business. Nomthandazo’s aspires to be the greatest manufacturer and distributor in the West Rand of Gauteng and as implementors of the Construction Input Incubation Programme, Nunnovation Africa Foundation will see her this exhilarating journey.
